  I do not mind them charging a gratuity but when you charge 18% and the service was not that great... but then to charge sales tax on your tip is a little extreme...needless to say out group of people will never go there again, then to give an excuse that it is a state law or no it is a city law and they can not help it but seems funny no other restaurant that I have been to has charged tax on the gratuity....funny....
